THEP PROFILE

Tipo Hightech Eco Park is a 200-hectare property located within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. The site is along the Tipo Expressway, near the entrance gate to SBMA, Total Gas Station, and Holy Land.

It is envisioned to be predominantly industrial use complemented with the commercial land facing Tipo Expressway and some residential use towards the rear of the property.

The objective of this project is to build an industry-driven new investment and large-scale industrial park that will enhance the economy through massive employment opportunities, industrial output, and exports.

THE MANAGEMENT

Xantheng (Subic) International Corporation was established in 2019 and is a subsidiary of MSK Group Work Incorporated (MSK). MSK is known for its dedication and strict quality of Standard Taiwanese Construction where it has grown beyond construction and diversified by including warehouse subleasing in its business activity. MSK’s venture in business grew higher and landed in a new industry of land development. By 2019, MSK Group Work Incorporated, through Xantheng (Subic) International Corporation, commenced the development of the Tipo Hightech Eco Park.
